Part was labled incorrectly by the warehouse at Cardiff. He was very apologetic. He wasn't happy with the service they had provided.After I left he rang me to say they had found the mislabled part and could have it there the following afternoon.I arranged to go down and pickup however it seems again the warehouse had screwed up and this time forgot to put the part on the courier.Well I have to say as a customer I wasn't happy given the time I have wasted and the hours spent in the lovely M4 traffic each day late in the afternoon.After finding out the part wasn't on the courier Maher was not very happy with service provided and continued to follow up with the warehouse.He was so annoyed with the service provided and felt bad they had wasted my time (Not him directly) that he took my address and said he would arranged for the part ($150 part) to be delivered at no cost the following day.The following day the part was left at my house as stated.Maher definately went out of his way to resolve this matter.I rang Maher to thank him for his excellent customer service.He also said their business is all about customer service so well done the Fairfield Auto wreckers management for the attitude of of the employees.My other business is a mechanical business and Maher will be my first contact when I am after parts and I would certainly recommend them based on my experience.ThanksGeoffreyPDS
